Description
In this role, you will lead Pearson’s sales growth and strategic presence across Wales, building senior-level partnerships and driving adoption of our vocational qualifications.
This role aligns to industry-level titles such as Country Sales Manager – Wales, Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Education Partnerships Manager, or Country Sales Lead.
Location: Home-based (field-based role across Wales)
The Role
This is more than a sales role — it’s a strategic leadership opportunity in one of the UK’s most important education markets.
As Country Manager for Wales, you will represent Pearson at the highest levels, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders including Welsh Government bodies, colleges, and sector partners. You’ll position Pearson as the partner of choice for vocational qualifications, helping institutions navigate policy change and deliver meaningful outcomes for learners.
In your first six months, you’ll establish a strong regional strategy, deepen relationships with priority accounts, and build a high-quality pipeline aligned to national and Welsh policy priorities.
