We are looking for a high-caliber AI Consultant to act as a strategic partner in our digital
transformation. This is a project-based engagement for a seasoned professional who can bridge
the gap between complex engineering and business-driven AI solutions.
In this role, you will not just develop; you will advise, consult, and drive our engineering projects
into top-notch AI solutions, ensuring a profound impact on system performance and operational
intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Architecting AI Integrations: Design and deploy AI/ML-powered features seamlessly
into existing .NET and Python environments.
- API & Infrastructure: Build high-performance APIs, services, and background jobs to
support AI scalability.
- Data Strategy: Optimize data pipelines for AI components, leveraging MariaDB, SQL
Server, and Redis for maximum efficiency.
- Model Implementation: Evaluate, build, or integrate AI models ensuring they meet strict
security and performance standards (especially in restricted/on-prem environments).
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all AI functionalities are maintainable, well-tested, and
comply with architectural guidelines.
- Technical Consulting: Collaborate with product owners to translate complex business
needs into elegant, scalable technical solutions.

Key Skills and Requirements
- Core Engineering: Deep proficiency in .NET (C#) for backend services and Python for
data processing/AI tasks.
- Data Management: Solid experience with MariaDB, SQL Server, and Redis (caching and
messaging).
- AI/ML Integration: Practical experience consuming or building AI models and RESTful
APIs.
- DevOps Culture: Mastery of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
Problem Solving: A consultant’s mindset—proactive, autonomous, and able to navigate
fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or ONNX.
- Knowledge of Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience in NLP, Document Processing, or Predictive Analytics.
- Expertise in Secure/Private AI (integrating AI in environments with no cloud access).
- Familiarity with Event-driven architectures or Microservices.
