You will work closely with senior technical leaders to implement scalable AI architectures, integrate LLMs and AI pipelines, and contribute to the long-term AI strategy. This position blends hands-on engineering, experimentation with emerging AI frameworks, and strategic system design. You will have visibility across multiple projects, shaping intelligent solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

Accountabilities:

    • Collaborate with technical leadership to design, implement, and deploy scalable AI/ML architectures.
    • Develop, train, and maintain AI models, data pipelines, and integrations with APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms.
    • Experiment with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
    • Lead hands-on development and prototyping of LLM-based applications, intelligent agents, and automation workflows.
    • Define AI architecture standards, establish model governance, and contribute to long-term AI strategy.
    • Ensure cloud-based deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP) are high-availability, efficient, and scalable.
    • Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment playbooks, and participate in code reviews.
    • Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of innovation and excellence in AI engineering.

      • Requirements:
    • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
    • 3+ years of experience building or designing AI/ML systems.
    • Proficiency in Python, C#, or similar programming languages.
    • Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt orchestration.
    • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Semantic Kernel) and cloud AI ecosystems (Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
    • Experience developing and integrating data pipelines, APIs, and AI inference services.
    • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to balance hands-on development with high-level system design and strategic planning.
    • Curiosity and drive to stay ahead of emerging AI tools, frameworks, and trends.
    • Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.
