AI Engineer

Skills:

• experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or Generative AI solution development
• Proven experience designing and building Agentic AI systems, including multi-agent workflows, orchestration frameworks, and autonomous reasoning architectures
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI application design patterns
• Experience designing and implementing AI Systems Architecture & Integration, including integration with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and analytics platforms
• Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
• Strong software engineering skills in Python
• Experience designing scalable AI solutions following enterprise architecture and security best practices
• Deep understanding of AI Governance & Compliance, including model risk management, explainability, auditability, AI security, and responsible AI principles
• Experience implementing AI monitoring, evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop processes
• Knowledge of cloud AI services (Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and system integration patterns
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions
• Fluent English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted software modernization or migration projects
• Knowledge of BI and analytics platforms such as Tableau, QlikView/Qlik Sense, or Apache Superset
• Experience building AI solutions for dashboard generation, metadata extraction, documentation generation, or business logic discovery
• Experience with vector databases and knowledge graph technologies
• Understanding of Data Governance and enterprise data management
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI observability platforms
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP enterprise architectures
• Familiarity with Spec Driven Development and AI-assisted development methodologies
