AI Engineer

Responsibilities

We are looking for an AI Engineer focused on agent development to design, build, and maintain automation solutions supporting our Isolated Recovery Environment (IRE) / cyber recovery program. This is not a model training role. The position is best suited to a strong software engineer with practical experience building reliable automation and a solid infrastructure foundation, especially in environments aligned to cyber recovery and operational resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain AI/agent-based automations for cyber recovery and IRE processes
• Translate operational workflows into durable, supportable agent solutions
• Integrate agents with internal tools, APIs, data sources, and process controls
• Partner with infrastructure and recovery stakeholders to ensure solutions are resilient, secure, and operationally appropriate
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve reliability and maintainability
• Produce documentation, runbooks, and support material for ongoing operations
• Work within engineering standards for change control, testing, observability, and production support
