Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions and features within a modern data platform environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI models and applications
  • Identify opportunities for AI integration, automation, and system modernization across existing infrastructures
  • Build and maintain efficient, scalable, and easily maintainable solutions aligned with best engineering practices
  • Develop and integrate agentic AI systems and advanced analytics capabilities
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into production environments using robust engineering methodologies
  • Contribute to platform architecture decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate technical concepts and project progress effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in AI engineering, data science, software engineering, or advanced analytics
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology platforms, preferably involving cloud environments and automation solutions
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Government experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and TypeScript, along with SQL and scripting tools like PowerShell
  • Experience building and deploying scalable AI/ML models and data-driven applications
  • Familiarity with hybrid project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or combined approaches)
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business audiences
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
