ABOUT

At Loudr, we’re building more than a creative agency; we're building a team where creativity and clarity thrive together. We believe the best ideas come from collaboration, curiosity, and care  for our work, our clients, and each other. Our values of Communication, Dedicated, Tenacious, Versatility and We are Loudr  guide how we show up every day: we lead with empathy, communicate with transparency, think boldly, and follow through with purpose.

If you’re someone who blends creative vision with real-world execution, who can spot a cultural moment, shape it into a story, and lead a team to bring it to life this is your seat.

THE ROLE (GWC)

  • Gets It: Understands the intersection of agency operations and AI; knows how to turn raw data into a company brain.
  • Wants It: Driven to own a platform end-to-end, moving from an external build to a fully in-house, proprietary asset.
  • Has Capacity: High-level full-stack coding ability (TS/Python) combined with a deep understanding of RAG architecture and LLM deployment.

CORE VALUES ALIGNMENT

  • We Get Stuff Done: Proactive problem solving without a roadmap.
  • Grit & Creativity: Shipping practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good Human: Collaborative, transparent, and non-negotiable integrity.

FOCUS AREAS

  1. Platform Ownership: Have ownership and manage the build of architecture, codebase, and security protocols and are owned by Loudr Agency.
  2. RAG Architecture & Data Integrity: Design and maintain the system of truth. Architect the pipelines that ingest data into a vector database, ensuring answers are accurate and grounded in real business data.
  3. Product Development (The Tools): Hands-on building and refinement of AI-powered features.
  4. Internal Discovery & Consulting: 1. Build and refine user interfaces to ensure consistent applicability and use. 2. Regularly "walk the floor" with Creative, Media, and Ops leads to identify manual bottlenecks and translate those business needs into technical specs for new AI tools. 3. Constantly refining LLM outputs to ensure LVIS provides accurate, professional, and Loudr-standard answers.
  5. Documentation & Scaling: Systemize the platform so that knowledge lives in the code and documentation, not just in one person’s head. Ensure the system is scalable as the agency grows.

MEASUREABLES

  • Platform Reliability: 99.9% uptime for the Loudr Brain and integrated bots.
  • Data Freshness: Latency of data ingestion (e.g., Slack/Docs updates reflected in the Brain within < 10 mins).
  • Deployment Velocity: Consistent shipping of feature updates/refinements,  discovery and implementation of new automations, agentic agents and/or agents.
  • User Adoption: Percentage of agency staff actively using AI tools for daily tasks.

THE LOUDR BLEND

  • 40% "The Brain" (Architect): Managing data pipelines, hosting, and API connections.
  • 40% "The Tools" (Engineer): Writing code, prompt engineering, and building new interfaces.
  • 20% "The Agency" (Consultant): Strategy meetings and identifying new "busywork" to eliminate.

EXPERIENCE

  • Small Company Pedigree: Proven ability to thrive without a massive IT department; someone who can "wear the hats" of Architect, Dev, and QA.
  • The Systems Thinker: Specific experience with building systems to output specific goals.
  • The Brain Builder:  Knowledge Graphs, Vector Databases, and/or Centralized Data Lakes.
  • Integration Expert: Expert-level knowledge of connecting disparate agency tools (CRMs, Project Management software, Financial tools) via APIs.
  • Experience Application: Experience leading technical direction by defining 'how' systems must be built to ensure future-proof growth, rather than simply executing a pre-defined roadmap.
  • Continuous Improvement: Desires the zero-to-one challenge of taking over v1 and improving it (with teammate collaboration).
