This role is designed for a senior Salesforce professional who acts as a key bridge between business needs and technical solutions within complex, fast-paced environments. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations, ensuring that solutions are aligned with strategic goals and best practices. Working closely with stakeholders from different areas, you will play a critical role in shaping system design, improving processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The position involves both functional leadership and hands-on configuration within Salesforce, contributing directly to the success of digital transformation initiatives. You will operate in an agile, collaborative environment, where communication, clarity, and ownership are essential. This is a high-impact role with visibility across business and technical teams.
Accountabilities:
- Act as a functional Salesforce reference in projects and enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into well-defined Salesforce solutions and functional specifications.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce components such as objects, fields, flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
- Support solution design discussions, backlog refinement, and alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and functional best practices across Salesforce implementations.
- Perform pre-validation and functional testing to ensure quality before deployments.
- Document processes, requirements, and functional solutions in a clear and structured way.
- Map complex business processes and translate them into scalable and practical Salesforce solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Salesforce administration, including objects, fields, layouts, and permission sets.
- Hands-on experience with Flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
- Solid knowledge of data modeling, relationships, and business process mapping.
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and external data connectors.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical English proficiency for reading, writing, and participating in documentation and meetings.
- Salesforce certifications are considered a strong plus.
