APx Sourcing & Procurement Specialist

As a Project Sourcing Specialist you will perform important activities to assure supply continuity across specific commodities. You will deliver cost, quality, delivery, and reliability to reach organizational goals. Support for monitoring active projects, updating status, eliminating roadblocks, and escalating issues.

You will report to the APx Manager, Project Sourcing & Procurement and while this is a remote position, we would like you in or around Pittsburgh, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will support Auxilliary Equipment, Electrical and Mechanical departments

• Develop working relationships with suppliers and internal partners to maintain sources of supply. Identify standard engineering, quality and administrative issues, assisting with resolution to fulfill internal and external procurement requirements.

• You will identify and obtain cost improvements of purchased materials and services.

• Obtain training and acquire additional knowledge to ensure compliance with nuclear regulatory requirements and enhance personal growth.

• Coordinate and expedite material deliveries.

• Knowledge of procedure development and corrective action systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business ideal.

• 2 years of experience in Supply Chain administration.

• SAP familiarity.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon qualifications, is estimated to be ($64,800 to $81,000) per year.
