This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare and enterprise technology, designing and delivering scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that enhance patient care and clinical workflows. You will contribute to building robust healthcare platforms that manage care plans, patient profiles, assessments, and care team coordination. Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including care plans, patient profiles, health timelines, assessments, and care team modules.
- Translate business and healthcare requirements into scalable, secure, and well-architected Salesforce technical solutions.
- Develop high-quality code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration best practices.
- Define and implement solution architecture aligned with Health Cloud capabilities, integration needs, and enterprise design standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, support solution design, and ensure alignment with functional and non-functional needs.
- Lead or support UAT, production deployments, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex technical issues.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving engineering practices, code quality, and delivery standards.
Requirements:
- 4.5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and solution design, with strong exposure to Health Cloud implementations preferred.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform configuration.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud features and healthcare data standards such as FHIR, HL7, and EHR integrations.
- Experience designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions, following Salesforce best practices.
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical designs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and delivering production-grade solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and guide team members in a collaborative environment.
