This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Associate Staff Engineer, Salesforce Health Cloud in India.

In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of scalable healthcare-focused Salesforce solutions that enhance patient care experiences and clinical workflows. You will work at the intersection of technology and healthcare, translating complex business requirements into robust, secure, and compliant technical architectures. The role involves building and optimizing Health Cloud capabilities such as care plans, patient profiles, and health timelines. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on innovation within the healthcare domain. You will also play a key role in mentoring developers and ensuring engineering best practices across delivery. Accountabilities:

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions covering care plans, patient profiles, assessments, care teams, and health timelines.
  • Translate business and healthcare requirements into technical designs aligned with Salesforce best practices and architecture standards.
  • Write, review, and optimize high-quality Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows while ensuring strong platform configuration practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to gather requirements, define solutions, and communicate design decisions.
  • Lead or support UAT, production rollouts, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex technical and integration issues.
  • Mentor junior developers, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding, performance, and security standards.
  • Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) and evaluate technologies, frameworks, and integration approaches (including FHIR, HL7, and EHR systems).

Requirements:

  • 4.5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and solution design.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration best practices.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud and healthcare domain standards such as FHIR, HL7, and EHR integrations.
  • Solid understanding of scalable architecture design, security standards, and compliance requirements (including HIPAA where applicable).
  • Ability to analyze functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with business users, technical teams, and leadership.
  • Experience mentoring teams, driving delivery quality, and managing complex troubleshooting scenarios.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
