Imagine being right at the centre of how we win over B2B customers, by taking ownership of building the portfolios they see, the experience they get and the confidence they have in choosing us. As our Portfolio & CRM Specialist, you’ll be the person who turns tender requirements and customer insight into something powerful: a range that feels sharp, relevant and perfectly thought through. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with our Tender Support Specialist, spotting product gaps, coordinating with Category and Trading teams, and making sure we never miss the chance to show up with the right solutions.
You’ll also have a clear view of what’s coming next. Future demand, upcoming opportunities, where the market is shifting, you’ll feed all of that into planning conversations that influence how suppliers engage with us and how we deliver for some of our biggest customers. At the same time, you’ll take ownership of the CRM engine that keeps our B2B sales teams moving. You’ll shape the workflows, reports and automations that help people work smarter, faster and with more precision, building tools and insight that become essential to how we manage our pipeline and performance.
It’s a role with huge visibility, real influence and the chance to become the analytical and operational backbone of a B2B team that’s growing fast and aiming high.
