Major Responsibilities:

• Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions

• Prepare proposals, process applications, and follow up on underwriting

• Build long-term client relationships and provide policy reviews

• Provide professional support for client inquiries and servicing needs

• Maintain accurate and thorough client records in the system

• Cross-sell additional insurance or financial products when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Active Life & Health insurance license required

• Bilingual in Chinese and English (verbal and written)

• At least 1 year of experience in life or health insurance preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• We provide training to help you prepare for certification.
