 Job Title: Customer Service & Appointment Scheduler (NO Sales or Cold Calling!) – Remote and in-office positions available  

Location: In-office; remote possible

Job Type: Full-time 

Salary: $16.00 / hour 

Hours: No weekends! Mon - Fri 11 am - 7 pm  

Benefits: Available after 60 days for full-time employees

Tired of high-pressure sales quotas and cold calling? We are looking for friendly, reliable Customer Service Agents to join our established, in-office team! In this role, you will make outbound and take inbound calls to schedule required gas inspections with homeowners. Because these are mandatory safety inspections, you are providing a necessary service—there is absolutely NO telemarketing, NO cold calling, and NO selling involved! You won't be doing this alone. You will receive a full 2 weeks of training and join an experienced, supportive team led by a dedicated Supervisor. We partner with a fantastic, long-standing client, and we believe in celebrating our team's hard work with pizza parties, fun prizes, and a positive environment where everyone works together!

What You Will Do: 

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule necessary and required gas inspections with homeowners.

  • Enjoy a stress-free call environment: NO selling, NO sales targets, and NO cold calls!

  • Provide accurate, helpful information regarding the inspection process.

  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and accurately process scheduling in our system.

  • Go the extra mile to provide a pleasant, professional experience for every homeowner.

  • Collaborate with an experienced team and a dedicated Supervisor who wants to see you succeed.

What We Are Looking For: 

  • At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience (Inbound and Outbound environments).

  • Experience working with an automatic dialer.

  • A pleasant phone demeanor, active listening skills, and a customer-first mindset.

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Excellent computer literacy, proficient typing skills, and the ability to multitask.

  • Flexibility with scheduling and work hours.
