This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

We are currently seeking a Cardiology Application Support Engineer to join our team
Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Application Support professional to provide production support for Revenue Cycle applications and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for Revenue Cycle applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and service requests.
- Manage tickets and support queues through ServiceNow.
- Support Revenue Cycle workflows including patient access, billing, claims, payments, and denials.
- Coordinate with client SMEs, vendors, and technical teams for issue resolution.
- Participate in go-live, hypercare, major incidents, and on-call support.
- 5 + years Healthcare Revenue Cycle application support experience.
- 5 + Years Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- 5 + ServiceNow or similar ITSM experience.
- 5 +Understanding of Revenue Cycle workflows.
- 5+Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- 5+ Ability to support US business hours/on-call as required.
