Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technical aspects of electronic discovery needs, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the discovery lifecycle.
• Consult with case teams to develop and implement technical strategies, project plans, and advise on technology options for discovery needs.
• Ensure standard procedures for electronic discovery and litigation support projects are consistently applied.
• Coordinate efforts in response to discovery requests and provide regular status reports and metrics.
• Stay updated on emerging electronic discovery technology and processes.
• Conduct regular trainings on new technology and process improvements.
• Provide hands-on technical support, including quality control, managing review platforms, and generating reports.

Required Skills

• Experience in eDiscovery support using Relativity or Relativity One, including constructing complex searches and generating reports.
• Certification in Relativity or Relativity One is highly desired.
• Consulting on formatting search terms and utilizing analytics to streamline review.
