This is a remote position.<\/p>

Our client, <\/span>European fertility sector leader<\/span><\/b> is rolling out a comprehensive digital suite—including <\/span>CRM<\/span><\/b>, <\/span>EMR<\/span><\/b>, a <\/span>mobile app<\/span><\/b>, and a <\/span>data platform<\/span><\/b>—to harmonize operations across IVF clinics in multiple European countries. <\/span>To support the rollout in Romania, we’re looking for a <\/span>System Trainer (CRM, Contact Center)<\/span><\/b> who will deliver high\-quality, practical, and engaging training to clinic teams<\/span><\/span>. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

This role is ideal for someone who combines technical understanding with a natural ability to support users of different backgrounds, levels of digital experience, and comfort with new systems<\/span><\/span>. <\/span>You will help clinical and administrative staff gain confidence in <\/span>digital tools through clear, accessible, and well\-structured training<\/span><\/span>. <\/span>Because training happens on site across multiple clinics, you’ll travel frequently and engage closely with local teams<\/span><\/span>. <\/span>You’ll have autonomy to design your training approach and support materials without micromanagement<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>

What You’ll Do<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/h3>
  • Deliver clear, structured training on Creatio <\/b>(CRM) and Talk Desk<\/b> (Call Center) functionalities<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Design and deliver training sessions in person, remotely, and in hybrid formats adapted to diverse user groups<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Develop training curricula, session plans and learning paths across pre\-go\-live, go\-live and post\-go\-live phases<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Create accessible training materials (guides, videos, job aids, e\-learning modules) tailored to local workflows<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Provide hands\-on coaching during go\-live periods and support clinic staff until systems are confidently adopted<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Use digital collaboration tools (Miro, Mural, Whiteboard, Teams) to support interactive learning<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Gather feedback, identify knowledge gaps, evaluate the effectiveness of training, and refine training programs accordingly<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborate closely with the digital implementation team and local clinic leaders to align training with the rollout plan<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Native Romanian speaker with strong English proficiency.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Great experience in CRM training.​<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience in EMR and contact center systems is a big plus.​<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experienced trainer comfortable working with clinical teams, administrative staff, and mixed\-experience audiences.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Able to plan, structure, and deliver engaging training sessions, both in person and online.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Skilled at creating training materials, guides, and step\-by\-step instructions.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Understanding of clinic workflows, experience in reproductive medicine, outpatient or hospital settings is an advantage.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong organizer able to manage multiple training sessions, timelines, and clinic schedules.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Comfortable working independently with ownership of outcomes.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Able & willing to travel up to 50% across Romania.
