Our client, <\/span>European fertility sector leader<\/span><\/b> is rolling out a comprehensive digital suiteâincluding <\/span>CRM<\/span><\/b>, <\/span>EMR<\/span><\/b>, a <\/span>mobile app<\/span><\/b>, and a <\/span>data platform<\/span><\/b>âto harmonize operations across IVF clinics in multiple European countries. <\/span>To support the rollout in Romania, weâre looking for a <\/span>System Trainer (CRM, Contact Center)<\/span><\/b> who will deliver high\-quality, practical, and engaging training to clinic teams<\/span><\/span>. <\/span><\/span> Deliver clear, structured training on Creatio <\/b>(CRM) and Talk Desk<\/b> (Call Center) functionalities<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span> Design and deliver training sessions in person, remotely, and in hybrid formats adapted to diverse user groups<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span> Develop training curricula, session plans and learning paths across pre\-go\-live, go\-live and post\-go\-live phases<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span> Create accessible training materials (guides, videos, job aids, e\-learning modules) tailored to local workflows<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span> Provide hands\-on coaching during go\-live periods and support clinic staff until systems are confidently adopted<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span> Use digital collaboration tools (Miro, Mural, Whiteboard, Teams) to support interactive learning<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span> Gather feedback, identify knowledge gaps, evaluate the effectiveness of training, and refine training programs accordingly<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span> Collaborate closely with the digital implementation team and local clinic leaders to align training with the rollout plan<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>
