We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Vibration Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, your focus is 100% analytical. You will not be required to travel for manual data collection; instead, you will leverage our proprietary Wi-care™ wireless sensors and advanced AI-driven pre-analysis tools to diagnose machine health for our global clients.
Expert Vibration Analysis: Perform high-level diagnostic analysis on rotating equipment (turbines, pumps, fans, motors, gearboxes) using data streamed directly to your workstation.
AI-Assisted Diagnostics: Utilize our cutting-edge AI tools that perform initial data screening, allowing you to focus your expertise on complex diagnostics and prescriptive reporting.
Continuous Monitoring: Manage and interpret data from Wi-care™ wireless systems, ensuring global clients receive timely alerts on asset health.
Reporting: Translate spectral data into clear, actionable maintenance recommendations for onsite client teams.
Professional Development: Progress toward becoming a top-tier expert in Condition Monitoring through a personalized training program at the I-care Academy.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
Technical Focus: A strong interest in stationary vibration analysis and "Smart Factory" (Industry 4.0) technologies.
Experience: Experience with vibration software and ISO Cat I, II, or III Vibration Analysis certification is a major plus, but we will train candidates who possess a strong mechanical aptitude.
Analytical Skills: The ability to sit and focus on complex data sets, identifying patterns that others might miss.
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC, for full-time office-based work.
