The teams building them need transactional lawyers who can work through realistic commercial contract negotiations, judge how well AI handles contract language and legal risk, write the answer a lawyer would give, and explain where the AI gets the analysis wrong. Your feedback helps evaluate AI contract-review responses for sound legal reasoning. This is part-time contract work, done remotely with a flexible schedule.

What you'll do

• Work through mock commercial negotiations and mark up the related deal documents

• Assess how AI handles contract fact patterns, calling out sound points, weak spots, legal exposure and errors

• Score contract-review work against the assigned framework and criteria, applying them the same way each time

• Explain your legal analysis in practical feedback that helps the model get contract judgments right

Who this is for

• Have 1–3 years of experience handling transactional legal work, in a law firm or in-house

• Have worked with commercial deal documents, including master services agreements and nondisclosure agreements

• Be professionally fluent in English; your work should show clear writing and speaking, sound analytical reasoning, and close attention to detail

• No AI experience needed. Experience with AI, legal technology, or training initiatives is helpful but not required.
