The Role
We are looking for a talented Copywriter (Comms Content Specialist) with strong editing skills to join our Communications & Feedback team. This role is essential in crafting clear, compelling, and engaging communications for customer-facing groups and executive leadership. The ideal candidate thrives under deadlines, has a keen eye for detail, and can adapt tone and style to different audiences.
The Main Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Write and edit high-quality communications for internal and external audiences, including newsletters, announcements, and executive updates.
- Develop messaging that aligns with enablement goals and supports sales and customer success initiatives.
Editing & Proofreading
- Review and refine content for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Ensure all communications meet style guidelines and maintain a professional tone.
Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, enablement specialists, and leadership to deliver timely, impactful content.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Quality & Brand
- Maintain consistency in voice and messaging across all channels.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with accessibility requirements.
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or editorial roles.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences (executive, customer-facing, internal teams).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with enablement tools (e.g., Seismic) and content management systems is a plus.
