Title: CPT-10046 Life Insurance Lead Generation and Marketing Virtual Assistant

Independent Contractor – Life Insurance Lead Generation and Marketing VA/Marketing VA/Junior Level (Remote).

Overview

A growing life insurance agency is seeking a Marketing Virtual Assistant to help generate qualified leads and drive online engagement. The ideal candidate will manage social media marketing, email campaigns, and digital outreach to attract potential clients and direct them to the company’s website.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns focused on lead generation for life insurance services.
• Create and schedule content for Facebook and Instagram to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including drafting and sending outreach emails.
• Funnel traffic to the company’s website and encourage form submissions.
• Monitor campaign performance and report results to the client.
• Collaborate with the client to refine lead qualification criteria and ensure marketing aligns with target audience needs.
• Stay updated on digital marketing best practices relevant to the insurance industry.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or lead generation (preferably in the financial or insurance sector).
• Proficiency in Facebook and Instagram marketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) is a plus.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working remotely and reporting progress regularly.

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
• Daily Working Time: between 9 AM and 5 PM EST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
