This is a remote position.

Working on a consultancy basis, the position involves integrating marketing systems with an existing WIX website, setting up structured automated processes, and crafting visually appealing candidate and client-facing templates. This role focuses on establishing a tailored CRM solution and driving audience engagement for a property organisation. The primary objective is to implement a robust system to connect guest and client databases, enabling streamlined communication and targeted newsletter campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and configure a small CRM system tailored to connect with guests and clients.

  • Link the chosen CRM platform seamlessly to an existing WIX website.

  • Design professional, reusable newsletter templates for ongoing brand communication.

  • Assist with the planning, design, and execution of digital marketing and email campaigns.

  • Provide graphic design support to enhance the visual appeal of promotional materials and newsletter layouts.



Requirements

  • Proven track record in digital marketing consulting, campaign management, and CRM implementation.

  • Hands-on experience working with website integrations, specifically connecting CRM systems to WIX platforms.

  • Practical expertise in setting up email marketing workflows and designing functional newsletter templates.

  • Practical graphic design skills applied to digital marketing

  • CRM Systems: Experience setting up platforms such as Zoho CRM, Brevo, or similar systems.

  • Website Management: WIX.
