About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of multiple clients within the logistics and transportation industry, including U.S.-based trucking companies. These organizations focus on delivering efficient, reliable, and technology-driven logistics solutions.

We are seeking motivated individuals to join as Junior CRM Associates, supporting daily dispatch and operations while building toward full CRM and logistics roles.

Role Overview

The Junior CRM Associate will support logistics and dispatch operations by coordinating loads, managing schedules, and maintaining communication with clients and drivers. This is an entry-level role with a clear progression path into full CRM or Dispatch positions based on performance.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in logistics, operations, or customer relationship management within international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in booking loads through load boards and partner networks
• Support dispatch operations by coordinating drivers and tracking shipments
• Maintain accurate CRM records (clients, loads, delivery updates)
• Communicate with drivers, clients, and brokers to confirm schedules
• Monitor shipments and escalate delays or issues
• Support reporting with daily or weekly updates
• Collaborate with internal teams across operations and finance
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Degree or background in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, or similar systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within logistics operations
