What the Role Is Expected to Be About
As a CRM Campaign Manager, you would play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across different channels, with a strong focus on customer engagement and lifecycle communication.

While final responsibilities will be confirmed once the role is live, the position is expected to include:
  • Planning and executing CRM campaigns across channels such as email, push notifications, or in-app messaging
  • Managing campaign calendars and coordinating launches end-to-end
  • Segmenting audiences and personalizing communications based on customer data
  • Monitoring campaign performance and using insights to optimize future campaigns
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams


Key Responsibilities


What We’re Likely Looking For

  • Mid-level experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management
  • Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, with 3 days per week from our Lisbon (Saldanha) office
