This role is focused on designing, executing, and optimizing data-driven CRM and email marketing strategies that strengthen audience engagement and drive meaningful lifecycle interactions.
You will play a key role in shaping personalized communication journeys across acquisition, activation, and retention phases for diverse consumer and patient audiences.
The position blends analytical rigor with creative marketing execution, ensuring campaigns are both highly targeted and performance-driven.
Working in a collaborative environment, you will partner with marketing, IT, and external vendors to deliver impactful omnichannel experiences.
You will be responsible for leveraging CRM technologies and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, technical CRM expertise, and hands-on campaign management.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM and email marketing strategies across acquisition, engagement, activation, and retention lifecycle stages.
  • Design segmentation models, audience targeting strategies, and personalized content journeys across multiple consumer groups.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, including editorial calendars, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks to track CRM KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness against business objectives.
  • Use data analytics and segmentation techniques to identify audience insights and emerging behavioral trends.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, IT teams, and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and technical integration.
  • Provide recommendations on CRM best practices, tools, and innovations to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.
  • Support continuous improvement of lifecycle marketing processes including automation, lead nurturing, and campaign optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, direct marketing, or database marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, persona development, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation processes including lead scoring, nurturing, routing, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and business impact.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and design tools such as Canva or InDesign is a plus.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies and creative execution.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
