The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and personable CRM / Lead Coordinator to join our client's growing assisted living team. This role is critical in managing inbound inquiries, nurturing prospective residents and families, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact through move-in.

This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail
• Respond promptly to all inbound leads (phone, email, web inquiries)
• Schedule and coordinate tours for prospective residents and families
• Conduct consistent follow-ups before and after tours to drive conversions
• Track lead activity, status updates, and communication history
• Work closely with the on-site team to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to move-in
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when communicating with families

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills (CRM systems, email, basic data entry)
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable speaking with families in a service-oriented environment
• No prior experience required — we provide full training

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Pacific Standard Time (PST) – 9am to 6pm
