CRM Manager - Epetōme

We’ve teamed up with the fast-growing digestive health brand, epetōme, who are now looking to secure a CRM Manager to help scale and evolve their customer lifecycle strategy alongside the Head of Retention.

Role Overview

The CRM Manager will own day-to-day CRM execution across email and subscription lifecycle, helping Epetōme scale customer communication, repeat purchase and engagement across the full customer journey.

This role is heavily focussed on:

  • Klaviyo

  • Recharge

  • Campaign execution

  • Automated lifecycle flows

  • Subscription communication

  • Customer segmentation

  • + building a more sophisticated CRM engine as the business scales.

This is not a strategic leadership role - we’re looking for someone hands-on who enjoys building, executing, optimising and improving CRM performance directly inside the platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own the CRM calendar across campaigns, launches and trading moments

  • Build and optimise lifecycle flows across onboarding, winback, replenishment and retention

  • Manage and improve subscription communication through Recharge

  • Develop segmentation strategies to improve engagement and repeat purchase

  • Build high-performing Klaviyo campaigns and automated journeys

  • Improve customer communication across email and subscription touchpoints

  • Analyse campaign and flow performance to identify optimisation opportunities

  • Work closely with Growth and Creative teams on messaging, positioning and testing

  • Support broader retention and customer engagement initiatives

  • Ensure CRM supports wider commercial and growth objectives

Day to Day

Building and optimising Klaviyo flows

  • Managing weekly campaign sends

  • Monitoring CRM performance and reporting

  • Testing subject lines, creative and messaging variations

  • Improving customer segmentation and lifecycle journeys

  • Supporting subscription growth and Recharge optimisation

  • Working closely with creative/content teams on campaign execution

  • Reviewing retention and repeat purchase trends

Requirements

  • Proven CRM experience within a DTC / eCommerce brand

  • Strong hands-on Klaviyo experience

  • Experience working with Recharge or subscription-focused brands

  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practice

  • Experience building and optimising lifecycle flows

  • Commercial understanding of retention, repeat purchase and LTV

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced founder-led environment

  • Strong attention to detail and execution quality

  • Able to balance creativity with data and performance
