Description- Creation and launch of email newsletters and automated email sequences.
- Database management and segmentation to ensure targeted communication.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance: open rate, click-through rate, conversions.
- Checking email deliverability and spam scores to maintain high-quality mailing standards.
- Continuous improvement of email effectiveness through A/B testing and performance reviews
Requirements- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including contact database management, launching email campaigns through HubSpot Marketing Hub and building custom analytics reports within the platform.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytical systems to track campaign results.
- Comfortable working with time management tools and Google Drive products.
- B2+ level of English or higher – ability to write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content.
- C1+ level of Russian.
- Ability to work within U.S. Eastern Time business hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
- Copywriting skills will be a plus.
- Experience using graphic editors such as Figma or Photoshop will be a plus.
