*Starting base salary from $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually plus additional incentives*

  • The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a performance bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Pay is based on location, experience, and qualifications etc.

What You'll Own

  •  Build and manage automated lifecycle email programs: welcome series, post-booking drips, post-stay win-back, and re-engagement sequences across unique independent hotels
  •  Own the email marketing calendar and execution for assigned hotels and resorts, from strategy and copywriting through segmentation, testing, and deployment
  •  Launch and manage an active SMS marketing program, working across a large opted-in subscriber base
  •  Develop F&B-to-room cross-sell campaigns in partnership with on-property Food & Beverage teams to convert dining guests into overnight guests
  •  Execute room offer and promotional campaigns for assigned hotels and resorts end-to-end: copywriting, image selection, list segmentation, QA, approval routing, deployment, and reporting
  •  Build and maintain audience segments using behavioral data, stay history, geography, and purchase patterns
  •  Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, creative formats, and CTAs, and report on what is working
  •  Pull and present performance reporting across all assigned campaigns and automated programs

What We're Looking For

  •  2 to 4 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in hospitality, travel, or a high-volume consumer brand
  •  Hands-on experience building automated email journeys in a major CRM or ESP platform (experience with Inntopia, Cendyn, Revinate, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar is a plus)
  •  Strong copywriting skills; you can write a compelling subject line and a clear call-to-action without a brief
  •  Comfort with audience segmentation and list logic; you understand why a well-built segment outperforms in an email campaign
  •  Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms and compliance requirements
  •  Detail-oriented with strong QA habits
  •  Ability to manage multiple project calendars simultaneously
  •  Curiosity about data; you look at campaign results and ask why, not just what

Nice to Have

  •  Experience in marketing for Marriott-affiliated or other branded hotels
  •  Familiarity with Food and Beverage marketing or event promotion

Why This Role

You will be joining a high-performing CRM team within a growing hospitality portfolio. The programs you build here will run across multiple hotels and resorts, generating measurable, attributable revenue. There is clear room to grow into a senior or managerial role as the channel expands.
