As cyber threats continue to evolve, we are expanding our security team and seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to help protect client environments and support our growing cybersecurity practice.


Position Summary

The Cybersecurity Analyst will play a critical role in protecting client networks, systems, applications, and cloud environments from emerging cyber threats. This position involves monitoring security alerts, conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, implementing security controls, and supporting clients with cybersecurity best practices.

The ideal candidate is passionate about cybersecurity, enjoys solving complex security challenges, and stays informed about the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and defense strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Security Monitoring & Incident Response

  • Monitor security alerts and investigate suspicious activity.
  • Analyze security events from firewalls, endpoints, servers, and cloud platforms.
  • Assist with incident response and remediation activities.
  • Document security incidents and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support threat detection and vulnerability management initiatives.

Security Assessments

  • Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments.
  • Perform vulnerability scans and security reviews.
  • Assist with penetration testing activities.
  • Review client security configurations and policies.
  • Identify weaknesses and recommend remediation strategies.

Endpoint & Network Security

  • Deploy and manage endpoint protection platforms.
  • Configure and maintain firewall security policies.
  • Support secure remote access solutions.
  • Assist with network security monitoring and analysis.
  • Review network architecture for security improvements.

Cloud Security

  • Support Microsoft 365 security initiatives.
  • Assist with Microsoft Azure security configurations.
  • Monitor cloud environments for compliance and security risks.
  • Implement identity and access management best practices.
  • Support Zero Trust security strategies.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain security documentation and reports.
  • Assist clients with compliance requirements and audits.
  • Develop security procedures and best-practice guidelines.
  • Create security awareness materials and training documentation.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and frameworks.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Security and Microsoft Defender.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Network Security
    • Firewalls
    • VPN Technologies
    • Endpoint Protection
    • Vulnerability Management
    • Identity and Access Management
  • Understanding of Windows Server environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure security services.
  • Experience analyzing security logs and alerts.
  • Knowledge of ransomware mitigation and incident response processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of cybersecurity or IT security experience.
  • Experience within a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) or Managed Services Provider (MSP).
  • Familiarity with:
    • Fortinet Security Solutions
    • Sophos Security Products
    • Microsoft Defender Suite
    • Microsoft Sentinel
    • Azure Security Center
    • SIEM Platforms
  • Knowledge of penetration testing methodologies.
  • Experience supporting compliance frameworks.

Certifications Preferred

The following certifications are highly desirable:

  • CompTIA Security+
  • Microsoft Security Certifications
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
  • CISSP (Associate or Certified)
  • Fortinet NSE Certifications
  • Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.
