This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer based in Brazil.

In this role, you will join a high-performance, collaborative environment focused on building scalable and innovative CRM solutions that directly support business transformation. You will work on end-to-end Salesforce development, contributing to architecture, customization, and integration initiatives across complex systems. The position involves close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into robust solutions. You will actively participate in shaping best practices, improving code quality, and ensuring platform excellence. The work is highly impactful, supporting operational efficiency and enhancing user experiences across multiple teams. You will also engage with modern Salesforce capabilities, including Lightning and integration tools, within a dynamic and agile culture. Continuous learning and technical evolution are key parts of the environment, encouraging you to stay ahead of platform innovations.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL to meet business requirements and improve system capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and data consistency across platforms.
  • Perform code reviews, contribute to best practices, and ensure high-quality development through rigorous testing and debugging activities.
  • Support continuous improvement by staying updated on Salesforce releases, features, and development methodologies, applying them to enhance solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce developer with strong hands-on expertise in platform customization and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL, with ability to build scalable and efficient solutions on Salesforce.
  • Solid experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware approaches.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues within Salesforce environments.
  • Experience with Omnistudio (Integration Procedures, DataRaptor/DataMapper, Omniscript) and product catalog configuration (products, offerings, bundles).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or higher) is a plus.
