We are looking for an experienced DAP Specialist to lead the creation of a global strategy to align PPG’s DAP tooling across our functions and business units. Ideally based on EMEA, this role will drive strategy, execution, and scalability of digital adoption initiatives, acting as the main link between business stakeholders, digital experience teams, technical teams, and our vendors. The specialist will oversee governance, performance tracking, and continuous improvement, ensuring WalkMe solutions enhance employee productivity and engagement. This role requires strong functional leadership, hands-on DAP expertise (preferably WalkMe), and technical knowledge to manage integrations, UAT, and deployments effectively.

This is fully remote work opportuinity.


 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Strategy & Governance

  • Lead the global WalkMe implementation, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities.
  • Develop and manage a governance model and adoption roadmap to scale WalkMe across platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft 365, internal tools), and executive reporting cadence
  • Oversee execution against KPIs, ensuring consistent delivery and measurable business outcomes.

2. Stakeholder Management

  • Align digital adoption goals with executive leadership and global stakeholders.
  • Partner across IT, Operations, L&D, Change Management, and functional teams to drive consistency and best practices.
  • Collaborate with platform owners, end users, Product Managers, and Application Leads to identify high-impact use cases.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants supporting implementation.

3. Project Oversight & Execution

  • Manage a team of Project Leads and builders, forecasting implementation roadmaps and resource needs.
  • Lead and support project teams in solution design, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Establish repeatable frameworks for WalkMe build standards, QA, and deployment to scale across multiple business units.
  • Plan and monitor implementation roadmaps, timelines, and resources.
  • Ensure successful delivery of WalkMe workflows, including onboarding, training, and go-live activities.

4. Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Analyze adoption metrics, program efficiency, and solution effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
  • Leverage feedback channels (e.g., NPS/CSAT, WalkMe Insights) to optimize impact.
  • Own data analytics and storytelling to quantify digital adoption impact, providing executive-level reporting on ROI and business performance.
  • Conduct retrospectives and recommend adjustments for scalability and performance.

5. Technical & Functional Implementation

  • Work with implementation teams to support WalkMe configuration, deployment, and maintenance activities.
  • Understand technical capabilities and limitations to troubleshoot and maintain implementations.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and validate integration with other enterprise tools.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and accessibility standards in all WalkMe deployments.
  • Maintain documentation of WalkMe solutions, workflows, and governance processes.

Qualifications & Experience:


Education:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
  • WalkMe Program Manager Certification is preferred but not required

Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in program management, SaaS implementation, or IT Product Enablement roles.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with WalkMe or other Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs)
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, large-scale technology adoption projects across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems, including tools like Salesforce Sales Cloud, Workday, M365, ServiceNow, or similar.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong functional understanding of WalkMe Editor, Insights, and Analytics.
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience with UAT processes, data integrations, or API connections is an advantage.
  • Ability to understand system dependencies, troubleshoot, and liaise with technical teams effectively.
