Directs all aspects of sales of Company products. Design and implement sales strategies, forecast sales, supervise in-house sales personnel, maintain relations with independent agents, field and in-house training, advertising, printing of materials, qualify Company agents, employees, and programs in various states.

Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university and five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write speeches, presentations, policies, and procedures. Ability to deliver speeches and presentations to top management, other employees, and/or board of directors.
Math Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, precentages, and volume.
Reasoning Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Other Skills/Abilities: Basic understanding of quality control, production, ability to interpret blueprints, proficient skills in sales, marketing, and communication.
