Collinwood is seeking a hands-on Dynamics CRM Architect to assess, enhance, and support an existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment. You will work directly with business stakeholders and a Dynamics CRM Developer to turn requirements into maintainable solutions. The architect must be comfortable reviewing the current configuration and code, making technical changes when needed, and guiding the developer’s work—not just creating architecture documents.

What you will do:

  • Assess the existing CRM environment, including its configuration, customizations, data model, security, integrations, and deployment practices.

  • Translate business needs into solution designs that fit the current environment and account for existing dependencies.

  • Configure and prototype solutions hands-on; develop or troubleshoot components when appropriate.

  • Set technical direction for the CRM Developer, review their work, and resolve complex design or implementation issues.

  • Recommend when to use standard Dynamics and Power Platform capabilities versus custom development.

  • Improve solution quality, maintainability, performance, and release practices.

  • Document key design decisions and communicate tradeoffs to business and technical stakeholders.

What we need from you:

  • Strong experience architecting and delivering solutions in an existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment.

  • Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Dynamics configuration and customization, security, integrations, and Power Platform.
  • Experience with at least one of the following: Magento or Oracle Eloqua.

  • Ability to investigate existing solutions and troubleshoot issues across configuration, code, and integrations.

  • Experience guiding developers while remaining actively involved in delivery.

  • Clear communication with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
