Collinwood is seeking a hands-on Dynamics CRM Senior Developer to enhance and support an existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment. Working with the CRM Architect, this person will build, test, troubleshoot, and deploy solutions that meet business requirements while fitting the platform’s existing architecture.

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.

  • Build and modify configurations, automation, custom components, and integrations as required.

  • Investigate defects and performance issues in the existing environment and implement fixes.

  • Collaborate with the CRM Architect on technical design and implementation decisions.

  • Write and maintain technical documentation, tests, and deployment materials.

  • Support releases and resolve issues found during testing or after deployment.

What we need from you:

  • Hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse.

  • Experience with CRM customization, Power Platform, and integration development 
  • Experience with at least one of the following: Magento or Oracle Eloqua.

  • Ability to read and work within an existing codebase and solution structure.

  • Experience troubleshooting, testing, and deploying changes across environments.

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work from architectural direction while raising implementation concerns early.
