Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the US, is looking to hire a skilled Employee Relations Intake Coordinator!
The Employee Relations Intake Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for employee relations concerns and helps ensure a responsive, respectful, and well-governed intake experience. This role receives and documents concerns, assesses urgency and risk, clarifies next steps for employees and leaders, and routes matters to the appropriate Employee Relations team member for follow up. The Intake Coordinator plays a critical role in establishing trust in the ER process through timely communication, sound judgment confidentiality, and accurate case documentation. This role is responsible for intake, triage, documentation, and handoff. It does not independently conduct investigations or make corrective-action recommendations.
Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary range: $60,000 -$70,000
This role is remote - based in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners raising employee relations concerns.
- Receive, document, and assess concerns involving workplace conduct, policy-related issues, interpersonal conflict and other employee relations matters. Triage matters based on nature of concern, urgency, potential risk and appropriate escalation path.
- Route cases to the appropriate Employee Relations team member. ensuring complete and accurate handoff documentaiton.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with employees and leaders regarding the inteake process, expected next steps and timing.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the AllVoices case management system while protecting confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Monitor shared intake channels, track response timelines, and help ensure timely acknowledgement and routing of incoming concerns.
- Identify recurring intake themes, documentation gaps, or process issues and elevate them to ER leadership for awareness and improvement.
- Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance Safety or other internal stakeholders when concerns require cross-functional coordination as needed.
- Support continuous improvement of intake workflows, templates, and service standards to enhanve efficiency, consistency, and the employee experience.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, HR Operations, or a related role.
- Experience handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Builds trust through calm, neutral and respectful communication.
- Exercises sound judgment in triaging concerns and identifying escalation needs.
- Exemplary documentation, organization, and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Helps ensure a timely, consistent and credible experience for employees.
- Experience using HRIS and/or case management systems.
Preferred:
- Experience in Employee Relations or HR case management.
- Knowledge of employment laws and employee relations best practices.
- Experience in a multi-site, field-based, or high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with investigations intake and triage processes.
