What You'll Be Doing:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM, JAMF, or similar).
- Develop scripts and automation workflows to streamline endpoint management tasks.
- Help maintain device groups, dynamic assignments, and configuration profiles.
- Build and test application packages and scripts for deployment (Win32, MSI, PKG).
- Monitor deployments, troubleshoot failures, and document remediation steps.
- Support monthly patch cycles for OS and third-party applications.
- Track compliance, address non-compliant devices, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Respond to tickets, perform root-cause analysis on endpoint issues, and contribute to knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with Service Desk and Security teams to remediate device health and compliance problems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of packages, policies, SOPs, and runbooks.
What We Are Searching For:
- Bachelor’s degree, or its international equivalent, in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent combined education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in endpoint management and administration. Background in CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech development, or health care industry preferred
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of Windows 11 administration (Group Policy, registry basics), macOS fundamentals, iOS/Android basics.
- Endpoint security controls: disk encryption (Bitlocker/FileVault), antivirus/EDR concepts, firewall configuration.
- Proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages.
- Understanding of patching processes, software packaging, and app lifecycle management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, analytical and have proven problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal), excellent team player; collaborative; consensus builder
- Sound organizational and time-management skills, must be able to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed in a fast-paced working environment, especially when dealing with time sensitive issues and mandated deadlines
- Customer service focused on approach to work both internally and externally
- Willingness to self-train in new areas appropriate to Endpoint Management
