Evening Care Assistant

We are currently seeking an Evening Care Assistant with availability to work 4.15pm - 9pm + Alternate Weekends

Our Evening Care Assistants can expect to help with :

• Providing personal care, including support for daily hygiene routines.
• Assisting with mobility to ensure safe movement.
• Offering companionship for emotional well-being.
• Completing housekeeping tasks if and when required such as laundry and light cleaning.
• Accompanying clients to activities and appointments.
• Managing medication, including collecting prescriptions and offering reminders.
• Meal preparation and planning to clients’ specific requirements.
• Embracing opportunities to enrich the lives of our clients.
• Food shopping
