About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated support professional to join our Global Investment Banking team as part of the Global ARC. This role provides critical administrative and operational support to investment banking professionals while offering exposure to a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment. As a Global ARC Associate (AAIII or EA), you will play a key role in supporting deal activity, managing complex requests, and strengthening internal and external relationships. This position allows working from home. We provide the necessary equipment, collaboration tools and resources to ensure a productive remote work environment. Second shift availability strongly preferred.
The Impact You’ll Make
Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to a team of junior investment banking professionals
Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, ensuring compliance with firm policies
Prepare, process, and track expense reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain data integrity through precise system entries and routine data clean‑ups
Manage complex calendars and competing priorities while maintaining organizational excellence
Serve on a rotational intake schedule to accept, log, and enter new job tickets
Act on behalf of bankers to initiate and monitor IT or HR requests
Manage a high volume of incoming requests while maintaining operational efficiency
Liaise with Hospitality and Conference Services to coordinate internal and external meetings and events
Provide coverage for ARC and onsite assistants during planned and unplanned absences
Communicate effectively with ARC leadership, onsite support staff, and bankers via email, Teams, and Zoom
Participate in ARC All‑Hands meetings, 1:1s, and performance conversations to support engagement and development
What You’ll Bring to Baird
High school diploma or equivalent required
1–5 years of executive or administrative assistant experience (financial services experience preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience with travel and expense systems (Concur preferred)
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Experience using ticketing systems (Engage preferred)
Experience with AI scheduling tools (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a high‑energy, results‑driven environment
Collaborative mindset with strong judgment and learning agility
Compensation and Benefits:
$60-80k, non-exempt, hourly role.
Bonus potential of up to 8.5% of base salary with upward potential as experience increases with the team
