Working at Atlassian

That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

This role is remote, so you can be based anywhere in Poland.

About the Team

The Executive Programs team designs and delivers high-impact experiences for senior customer and internal audiences. We partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to run invite-only executive engagements and strategic recognition programs that deepen relationships, accelerate deals, and celebrate top performance.

As a Summer Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience in event operations, program management, and executive engagement, working across two flagship initiatives that are highly visible inside the company.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

You’ll support our Executive Programs Leads on three primary workstreams:

1. Executive Customer Engagement Programs

You’ll help run invite-only executive experiences from behind the scenes, with a focus on keeping our operations tight, data clean, and attendees delighted.

  • Track invitations and RSVPs in our systems (e.g., Jira, spreadsheets, or other internal tools)

  • Manage and update registration lists, including working in Salesforce or similar CRM tools (training provided)

  • Coordinate swag and gifting:

    • Research and source swag options aligned with brief and budget

    • Partner with vendors on ordering and delivery details

    • Support assembling gift bags and kits; assist onsite if needed

  • Submit and track internal requests (e.g., design, reporting, analytics) via Jira or other internal workflows

  • Help maintain clean, accurate attendee and program records for reporting and post-event insights

2. Sales Recognition & Travel Coordination

You’ll act as a support hub for a global recognition trip program for top-performing sellers and their guests.

  • Assist with end-to-end travel coordination for trip winners and their plus ones

  • Help book flights and related travel using Egencia (or similar corporate travel tools – training provided)

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with attendees about travel options, changes, and confirmations

  • Maintain accurate travel trackers, including key dates, destinations, and special requirements

  • Identify and help implement process improvements to make our travel coordination more scalable and efficient

General Responsibilities

  • Support project timelines, task lists, and documentation in tools like Confluence, Jira, Google Workspace, and/or Excel/Sheets

  • Contribute to post-program reporting and recaps (e.g., attendance summaries, feedback, simple dashboards)

  • Bring a customer-first mindset to every interaction—internal or external

  • Clear and professional in communication – You can draft concise emails, ask good clarifying questions, and interact with internal stakeholders respectfully.

  • Service-minded – You like helping others, solving small problems before they become big ones, and creating a smooth experience for attendees.

  • Curious and proactive – You raise your hand when you see a gap, and you’re eager to learn how large-scale programs are run.

  • Strong research skills and comfort digging through websites, event sites, LinkedIn, and attendee lists.

  • Self-starter who can work independently with check-ins for guidance.
