Own and oversee the processing of external requests related to user data from:
Public authorities: courts, law enforcement, prosecutors, regulators, etc.
Private authorities: banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, legal representatives, etc.
Ensure requests are assessed, prioritized, and handled in compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and data protection regulations.
Act as the main point of escalation for complex or sensitive requests.
Supervise and support a team of external reports specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Compliance teams to improve workflows and ensure aligned decision-making.
Maintain accurate records of requests and support internal reporting and audit activities.
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence within the team.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role
Proven experience working with or responding to legal/governmental or institutional data requests.
Solid understanding of data protection, privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), and legal process frameworks.
Excellent organizational and decision-making skills, especially under pressure or in sensitive scenarios.
Strong leadership qualities and prior experience supervising a team or mentoring others.
Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
