Job Title: Full Stack Developer / Lead Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer / Lead Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level applications across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute all phases of the SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and user interfaces
• Develop and maintain applications using .NET technologies and SQL Server
• Design and implement role-based authentication and access control systems
• Build and enhance responsive and dynamic user interfaces
• Deploy applications across development, QA, staging, and production environments
• Perform unit and integration testing and manage bug tracking
• Develop and maintain SSIS packages and SSRS reports
• Create and optimize database structures, stored procedures, and triggers
• Manage source control and project tracking using tools like TFS
• Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX teams, and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to best practices in security, performance, and scalability

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development
• Strong expertise in:
  • C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework, .NET Core
  • ASP.NET MVC (4/5), Web API
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, jQuery
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Visual Studio (2017/2019)
• Strong database experience with SQL Server (2014/2016)
• Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and bug tracking
• Minimum 6+ years of experience with SSIS and SSRS
• Solid understanding of software design, development, and deployment processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with responsive/mobile application development
• Knowledge of design patterns, SOA, RESTful services
• Strong understanding of security best practices at application and database levels
• Experience with source control tools (TFS/VSS)
• Background in education or enterprise-scale environments
