Client Overview

Business address: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

An Executive Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Founder of Soar2Win. She is currently growing two businesses—her executive coaching practice and a travel business. She is looking for a highly capable Virtual Assistant who can help build the operational foundation of both businesses by completing several technical and creative projects.

This engagement is initially project-based but has the potential to transition into ongoing support as the businesses continue to grow.

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with strong GoHighLevel experience who can confidently execute website updates, build landing pages, optimize CRM workflows, and assist with moderate video editing and content organization.

The ideal candidate is someone who doesn't simply execute instructions but actively provides recommendations, identifies opportunities for improvement, and collaborates with the client to create efficient systems.

Primary Responsibilities

1. GoHighLevel Website & Landing Pages (High Priority)
   

• Build two landing pages for the client's travel business using GoHighLevel.
  
• Utilize existing content, branding assets, copy, images, and domains already provided by the client.
  
• Ensure pages are professionally designed, mobile-responsive, and optimized for conversions.
  
• Test page functionality before completion.
  

1. Website Updates
   

Update and refine the client's existing websites inside GoHighLevel.

Tasks may include:

• Updating branding
  
• Revising website copy
  
• Replacing images
  
• Adjusting layouts
  
• Improving user experience
  
• Maintaining consistent branding across both businesses
  

1. GoHighLevel CRM & Workflow Optimization
   

Review the client's existing GoHighLevel account and improve current automations.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing existing workflows
  
• Updating outdated automations
  
• Building new workflows as needed
  
• Organizing customer journeys
  
• Optimizing CRM processes
  
• Assisting with lead management setup
  
• Creating a smoother client onboarding experience
  

1. Video Editing & Content Repurposing
   

Provide light-to-moderate video editing support.

Responsibilities include:

• Create a professional Speaker Reel
  
• Edit speaking engagements into polished videos
  
• Repurpose long-form content into short clips
  
• Extract social media snippets
  
• Create thumbnails
  
• Organize video library
  
• Prepare videos for YouTube
  
• Categorize and archive content for future marketing use
  

The client already has video assets organized in folders.

1. YouTube Organization
   

• Upload and organize videos
  
• Create playlists
  
• Optimize titles
  
• Add thumbnails
  
• Improve overall presentation of the YouTube channel
