Weβre hiring a highly organized and execution-focused GoHighLevel Marketing Operations Specialist to support marketing execution, executive operations, CRM workflows, content coordination, and community management for a fast-growing entrepreneurial business.
This is not a strategy-only marketing role.

What Youβll Own
Executive & Operational Coordination
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and administrative workflows
- Organize operational trackers and internal systems
- Support leadership with communication and day-to-day execution
- Maintain structured documentation, files, and process organization
- Identify workflow gaps and proactively improve operational efficiency
Social Media & Marketing Execution
- Create, schedule, and publish content across:
- LinkedIn
- Facebook
- Instagram
- Online communities
- Manage:

- Direct messages
- Community engagement
- Social interactions
- Track engagement metrics and maintain reporting dashboards
- Support campaign launches and promotional initiatives
GoHighLevel CRM & Email Marketing
- Build and manage workflows inside GoHighLevel
- Create and optimize:

- Nurture sequences
- Email campaigns
- Follow-up systems
- Maintain clean CRM records and accurate pipeline management
- Ensure all lead and participant communication is handled on time
Content & Program Support
- Edit short-form videos and marketing clips using:

Community & Membership Administration
- Support participant onboarding and communication

Research & Lead Generation
- Research Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs)
- Build prospect lists and outreach databases
- Support lead generation campaigns and outreach execution
- Compile reports and research findings for leadership
Administrative & Communication Support
- Maintain organized inbox management and communication systems
- Prioritize urgent requests and ensure proper follow-through
- Keep shared files, folders, and workflows clean and accessible
