Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our Dining Services team by developing engaging visual content that enhances the guest experience and strengthens brand identity. This role plays a key part in bringing food, dining concepts, and hospitality experiences to life through thoughtful, on-brand design across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce visual assets for Dining Services, including menus, signage, promotional materials, digital displays, social media graphics, presentations, training manuals and internal communications
Collaborate with marketing, culinary, and operations teams to translate concepts into compelling visual storytelling
Ensure all designs align with brand standards while supporting individual dining concepts and locations
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Prepare final files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality
Contribute creative ideas to campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new dining initiatives
Maintain and organize design files and templates for ongoing use
Qualifications
Preference for candidates with a Graphic Design degree from an accredited design school
2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (experience in hospitality, food service, or lifestyle brands a plus)
Strong proficiency in (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Open to learning and leveraging Canva
Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and business objectives
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills across print and digital media
Preferred Skills
Experience using creative cloud a must, open to learning canva
Familiarity with digital signage, social media, or basic motion graphics
Understanding of production processes for print and large-format signage
