This is a remote position.
This is a creative and execution-focused role responsible for developing visual assets across digital and print channels. This is not an entry-level position and requires a strong portfolio demonstrating professional design experience.
The role works closely with marketing teams, content creators, and stakeholders to create visually engaging materials that support branding, marketing campaigns, and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, presentations, email assets, web banners, and marketing collateral
Create visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns and content initiatives
Develop creative concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate key messages
Maintain consistency across all visual materials and brand touchpoints
Organize and manage design files to ensure efficiency and ease of collaboration
Prepare production-ready assets for various platforms and formats
Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
Utilize AI-powered tools and design technologies to improve efficiency and creative output
Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative planning initiatives
Expectations
Minimum 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design work across multiple formats
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling
Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and business objectives
Experience working in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Excellent communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback effectively
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
Open to learning new tools, technologies, and creative approaches
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CST (1 hour paid lunch)
