We're on the hunt for a curious and adaptable designer who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You love tackling creative puzzles, communicating like a pro with teammates and clients, and building positive relationships that keep projects moving smoothly and efficiently.

Your organizational skills are razor-sharp, your attention to detail is unmatched, and you can juggle multiple projects with ease-all while meeting a variety of brand requirements. Bonus points if you're already familiar with (or ready to dive into) video editing, animation, gathering user-generated content, and UX. You're all about leveling up your skills, and we're here for it.

About the Job

This is the kind of role that gets creative juices flowing. We're looking for a graphic designer who's fired up about crafting standout brand campaigns and designing everything from full magazines to eye-catching websites, one-off web pages, polished emails, printed materials, scroll-stopping social media ads and videos, polished proposals, editorial layouts, display ads (digital and print), and more. Basically, if it's visual, it's in your wheelhouse.

• Take the lead on assigned accounts and projects, working hand-in-hand with the Creative team and other collaborators to bring ideas to life.
• Deliver error-free, on-time, top-notch designs that exceed expectations and elevate our clients' brands.
• Use your superpower of design-think imagery, typography, color, and composition-to inspire, engage, and influence.
• Turn complex concepts into clear, impactful visuals, organizing a mix of written and visual content to tell authentic, emotional stories.

About the Interview Process

We like to keep it simple and transparent. Here's what the process may look like:

Round 1: A friendly chat with our Recruiter to get to know you and share more about the role.
Round 2: An interview with some of the awesome teammates you'll collaborate with.
Round 3: A conversation with the Team Lead(s) to dive deeper into the role and team fit.
