Compensation: USD 1,800 - USD 2,500 (based on assessment)

Job Summary:
You will work closely with the startups that build and launch through our platform, supporting them with engaging social media ready motion graphics, animations, static graphics and branding work. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in graphic and motion design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a proven track record of producing compelling visual content.
Responsibilities:
Motion Graphics and Animation: Create dynamic and engaging motion graphics and animations for product demo videos, screencast videos, advertisements, and other multimedia projects, utilizing tools such as After Effects and Adobe Animate.
Graphic Design Projects: Conceptualize, design, and produce visual assets for various mediums, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and aesthetic appeal.
Brand Identity Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain the visual identity of the startups’ brands across all platforms, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketers, developers, and content creators, to understand project requirements, provide design expertise, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual assets.
Requirements:
Must-haves:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Experience in creating sharp, exciting, and punchy software/SaaS demo videos.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
Strong English skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
Nice-to-Haves:
