We are looking for a GTM Automation Engineer - someone who thrives at the intersection of data, automation, and revenue. This role is perfect for a hands-on builder who loves designing workflows, scraping signals, and turning unstructured data into scalable outbound systems.
You will be working inside our GTM stack (Supabase, n8n, Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, GPT-5) to detect signals, enrich leads, personalize outreach, and automate the post-call process.

What You Will Do:
- Build and optimize GTM workflows in n8n, connecting data sources, enrichment APIs, and AI prompts.
- Scrape and enrich signals from LinkedIn, Clutch, GitHub, and other sources to identify high-fit ICPs.
- Manage Supabase as the central database for leads, signals, and campaign metadata.
- Automate personalization with GPT-5 (via OpenRouter) to generate role-specific, context-aware copy.
- Run outreach campaigns in Instantly: import leads, check sequences, monitor engagement.
- Sync and analyze performance in HubSpot: track replies, deal stages, and sentiment.
- Automate sales follow-ups: generate call briefs, internal notes, and next-step proposals from transcripts.
- Feed insights back into the system by testing new signals, improving prompts, and refining ICP filters.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Airflow, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with data scraping and enrichment (Apollo, PhantomBuster, RapidAPI).
- Experience with outreach platforms (Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead) and CRM systems (HubSpot).
- Knowledge of using LLMs for personalization and automation.
- Data-driven mindset: you do not just launch workflows – you measure, analyze, and optimize.
