Position Summary
Ascend Medical is hiring a Full-Time Health Concierge with a primary focus on Senior Care services, including support for Assisted Living Facility (ALF) patients.
This is a remote, call center–based role supporting inbound patient inquiries generated through digital campaigns, community outreach, and referrals. You’ll guide patients and families from their first interaction through appointment scheduling, portal setup, and preparation for a successful first visit.
Because this role supports senior care and ALF patients, we are seeking candidates with a healthcare background. Certification as a CMA or higher clinical credential is strongly preferred.
To support extended coverage needs, we are prioritizing candidates located in Georgia or states within the Central or Mountain Time Zones, allowing for later-hour scheduling flexibility.
